How is it best to order from you?

You can order from us by a few methods:-
Visit our shop.
Ring up (07 3875 2555).
email at 'daihatsuauto@optusnet.com.au'  We will return with email to give you details.

What delivery method do you use?

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Tamex Transport, Followmont Transport, BB Freight Service and Time Express. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Direct Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Cheque, Bank Transfer, Cash and PayPal 

What guarantee do I have if the part isn't acceptable? 

If it is not acceptable, return it intact within 7 days of delivery including the invoice for a full refund less the delivery costs. After this, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. No refund will be given if returned after 14 days.
There are no returns on electrical parts.
Engines, Gearboxes and Differentials are covered by a 3 month warranty. Warranty forms are to be completed on date of purchase.
The Manager of Daihatsu Auto Recyclers retains the right to adjust this where he feels necessary.
